Login Security Policy
30-Day Rule (New or Reactivated Users)
New users must log in within 30 days of account creation or the account will be suspended.
Users who are re-activated must also log in within 30 days or the account will be suspended again.
190-Day Rule (All Users)
Any cpqccdata.org or cpqccreport.org account with no login activity for more than 190 days is automatically suspended.
While both systems use the same login, each site tracks its own login activity. Logging in to one does not count as activity for the other.
Account Deletion
Accounts that remain inactive for one year are removed and must be recreated to regain access.
Suspended accounts can be reactivated by the CPQCC Data Center at any time.
