Data Finalization is CPQCC’s annual process to ensure that all NICU data for infants born in the previous calendar year is complete, accurate, and ready for reporting. From January to June, member hospitals and the NICU Data Center work together to review, correct, and finalize records. Completing this process on time supports quality improvement, research, and the generation of CPQCC, CCS, and LAINA reports.
