Then, please read through our attached Getting Started manual which gives a brief description of our program and the databases we work with. This manual can also be found on our NICU Resources page.
On you've joined, you can request a one-on-one or team training by submitting a CPQCC Help Ticket. A CPQCC Data Center staff person will then contact you to schedule a time and date that best fits you and your team's schedule. This training time will be used to help you and your team understand the data submission process, CPQCC deadlines and all other aspects of your role(s) as a CPQCC member.
