Overview
The NICU Data Center team provides 1:1 support and technical assistance to help NICU staff learn how to enter data, finalize records, and use CPQCC reports for quality improvement. Please complete a help desk ticket to schedule your free training.
Because NICU staff turnover is common, especially among data entry personnel, we understand that knowledge about CPQCC systems may not always be fully transferred. These training sessions are designed to be customizable based on your NICU’s experience level and needs.
Please review the following training session outlines to help us understand what would be most useful for you, your current familiarity with CPQCC systems, and your role in the NICU. This will allow us to tailor the training to your specific learning goals.
We provide member-wide webinars throughout the year to overview data finalization and CPQCC database updates. Stay connected with our offerings by subscribing to our newsletter.
We also provide a Data Mentorship program, which matches you with an experienced data entry staff member based on NICU level, patient volume, EHR system, or other criteria that are important to your learning. Mentors can provide guidance, answer questions, and help you become more confident with CPQCC data processes.
