View All Records:
Login to the HRIF Reporting System. On the "Find Patient - Quick Patient Search" page, click the "Search" button to view all records in your system.
Delete Records:
A "Delete" button is located at the bottom of each entry screen, which allows users to delete any or all entry forms. Make sure to enter the reason for removing the record in the text field. NOTE: Deleting the RR form will remove the entire case (include all forms SV, AV and CNSD) from the system.
Universal Duplicate Record Feature:
Identifies any records in the HRIF Database that have the same "Date of Birth", "Gender", "Singleton/Multiple" status, "Birth Hospital", and "Birth Mother's Date of Birth". The system will display a list of possible conflicting duplicate records for your review.
